Ingredients:
For Dough:
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 4 tbsp ghee
• Water as needed
• Pinch of salt
For Filling:
• 3 potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 green chili, chopped
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• Salt, pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp oil
Method:
1. Make firm dough with flour, ghee, salt, water
2. For filling: heat oil, add cumin seeds
3. Add spiced mashed potatoes, mix well, cool
4. Roll small circles, place filling, seal edges like gujiya
5. Deep fry until golden and crispy
6. Serve hot with tamarind chutney
